We are pleased to welcome you and your child to the new academic session at Bodhi Briksha School.
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Namaste and Warm Greetings from Bodhi Briksha School
We are pleased to welcome you and your child to the new academic session at Bodhi Briksha School. It is our privilege to begin another meaningful year of learning, growth, and joyful discovery together. We look forward to working in close partnership with you to ensure a smooth, nurturing, and enriching school experience for every child.
To support a comfortable transition into the new academic session and to maintain effective coordination between home and school, we kindly request you to take note of the following important information:
1. Communication
Parents and guardians are kindly requested to remain regularly connected with the school through the school app, Smart Bodhi Briksha School, which will serve as our primary platform for important updates, notices, and communication.
Please download the app and log in using the username and password provided with this notice.

2. Birthday Celebrations (Compassion in Action)
At Bodhi Briksha School, we encourage children to celebrate birthdays in a meaningful and compassionate manner. In place of sweets, return gifts, or individual celebrations, we warmly invite parents to make a voluntary contribution in cash or kind on their child’s birthday. All contributions will be thoughtfully directed toward supporting underprivileged children, helping our students learn the value of kindness, empathy, and social responsibility through action.
We respectfully request parents not to send sweets, cakes, chocolates, or gifts to school for birthday celebrations.
3. School Timings

We kindly request parents to ensure punctual arrival and pick-up. If your child is expected to arrive late or leave early, please inform the school in advance.
4. Dress Code and School Bag
Parents are kindly requested to send children in the prescribed school dress code, as outlined in the Parent Handbook.
Students are also requested to bring a suitable school bag from home. We encourage parents to choose a child-friendly, practical, and age-appropriate school bag that is comfortable for daily use. Kindly avoid oversized bags and excessive decorative keychains, as these may be inconvenient for children and disruptive in the classroom environment.
5. Textbooks and Workbooks
Parents are kindly requested to collect the available textbooks and workbooks from the stationery shop located near the school. Please note that workbooks are not required for ECD-I.
For textbook-related inquiries, please contact: 9851157476
6. Welcome Letter from Class Teachers
A personalized welcome letter from your child’s class teacher will be shared shortly to help establish a warm and positive connection at the beginning of the academic session.
